Tell Trudeau it’s time to act to end systemic racism.

Empty words won’t bring justice for millions of Canadians.

In the last few weeks, Canadians have taken a stand against systemic racism.

Jagmeet presented a motion in the House calling for the following actions:

  • Recognize that there is systemic racism in the RCMP
  • Review the RCMP budget and the RCMP Act
  • Increase investments in non-police interventions, such as mental health and addiction supports
  • Ensure accountability of the RCMP to the public
  • Release all use-of-force incidents by the RCMP and launch a full review of these practices.

    • We all know what happened next – a single MP blocked the motion and Jagmeet called him out.

    But this fight is not about a single MP – it’s about the lack of action from the Prime Minister to fight systemic racism.

    After he apologized for wearing blackface, Liberals told Canadians to judge Justin Trudeau by “his actions.”

    Despite having the power to address systemic racism in the RCMP – Justin Trudeau has failed to do so. His inaction speaks louder than his empty words.
